Parking at the NCWCP is free in the garage adjacent to the building.
As the NCWCP is a federal building, foreign nationals will need to show their passport as their picture ID, and U.S. citizens may show their state-issued driver’s license.
However, those with driver’s licenses in the following states/territories will need another form of picture ID:
Alaska
American Samoa
Arizona
Louisiana
Maine
Massachusetts
Minnesota*
New York*
Oklahoma
Washington State*
* Enhanced Driver’s Licenses (EDL) from New York, Minnesota, and Washington State will be accepted. These EDLs are identifiable by an American flag.
The follow forms of Federal issued identification in lieu of a state-issued driver’s license will be accepted:

Passport Card
DOD’s CAC
Federal Agency HSPD-12 IDs
Veterans ID
Military dependents ID
