Two ARL scientists recognized by WMO

Drs. Dian Seidel and Jim Angell are among the authors recognized by the WMO in its recent award of the Norbert Gerbier prize for 2003. The award is for their co-authorship of the publication “Stratospheric temperature trends: observations and model simulations” that appeared in Reviews of Geophysics in February, 2001.
