	The emissions and sampling data processed into the 
	standared DATEM format.  Standard file name convention
	for each experimental subdirectory is to name the 
	files emit-t?.txt and meas-t?.txt, respectively.  The
	stations.txt files list the sampling locations used in
	the DATEM archive. The "?" in the data file names refers
	to the tracer number.  Some experiments used more than
	one tracer.  For some cases these may be considered 
	independent exeriments.
